Our main menu is organized around Rio experiences. But your Concierge can arrange a lot more than what's listed. If it's logistical and you're going to Brazil, there's a good chance we can handle it. Just ask on the call.

Flights via São Paulo
Non-stop to Rio is expensive and sometimes sold out. GRU (São Paulo) is almost always cheaper and has more availability. We route you through GRU, you take the 1-hour GOL connection to GIG. We explain the routing, you book direct. No markup.

Short-Term Rental Sourcing
We have off-market Airbnb alternatives in Ipanema, Leblon, and Santa Teresa. Vetted buildings, safe areas, sometimes better rates than what's listed. We help you find the right apartment for your group, you book and pay direct.

Hotel Sourcing
You want a hotel instead of an apartment? We know which properties are actually good for Black travelers, which have the right neighborhood access, and which to avoid. We send you a shortlist, you book direct.

Airport Transfers
GIG arrival and departure. Jonas or Ezequiel meet you at arrivals with your name on a card. Safe, licensed, and already briefed on your itinerary. No Uber surge pricing, no language barrier.

Ezequiel is also a licensed driver in São Paulo. If you're transiting through or doing a São Paulo day, he can be your ground transport. Same trusted driver, different city.

Any itinerary can be extended. Tell us on the planning call that you want one more day added, or flag it mid-trip via WhatsApp and we'll build the day in real-time if the calendar allows.

Plans change. Weather, energy, sleep schedule, a friend's recommendation. Your WhatsApp line to the Concierge is active the whole trip. Tell us you want to swap a day, and we'll rebuild it while you're having breakfast.

Restaurant Reservations
Top restaurants in Rio book fast and sometimes require Portuguese-speaking contacts to confirm. We make the call, handle the language, and confirm the table in your name. You show up.

Copa Palace Brunch
The legendary Sunday brunch at Belmond Copacabana Palace. We handle the reservation and accompany you, so you're not navigating a formal hotel dining room alone in a foreign language. Pass-through Belmond rate plus a BBE service fee.

Salvador
Salvador Extension
Planning a Rio trip but want to add Bahia? We can extend the package to include 2-4 days in Salvador, with local contacts, vetted accommodations, and a full day itinerary. Full BBE concierge model, different city.

Logistics
SIM Card + Connectivity
Brazilian data SIMs, eSIM setup guidance, WhatsApp configuration. Small thing, but landing in Rio without working data is a bad start. We handle this on the pre-trip dossier call.

Group
Large Group Coordination
Groups larger than 4 need more coordination: multiple vehicles, split logistics, group reservations. We scale the concierge model up. Rate discussed on the call based on group size and complexity.

Honest limits. No surprises later.
We'd rather tell you now than disappoint you on the call.
We don't book flights
We advise on routing strategy (especially the GRU connection), but we don't touch your card or hold itinerary. You book flights direct on your preferred platform. We just make sure you're not paying $400 more than you need to.
We don't handle travel insurance
We recommend it, we tell you what to look for, but you buy it directly. Standard travel policy with medical evac coverage is our minimum recommendation for Brazil trips.
We don't do budget-hotel sourcing
Our accommodation connections are mid-to-premium. If you're looking for hostels or budget stays under $60/night, we're not the right resource for that specific piece.
We don't guarantee visa processing
We can tell you the current entry rules for US passport holders and link you to the right government resources, but visa processing is outside our scope. Check with the Brazilian consulate directly.
