How a real week unfolds

Day 1 · Arrival

Land and settle in

Your Experience Concierge meets you at GIG airport. Private transport to your apartment in Ipanema or Leblon. Hotel sourcing happens on the planning call, so the apartment is locked in once we know your dates and style.

Then a short neighborhood walk: the corner padaria, the closest beach entrance, and where to get water. No map scavenger hunt. Just orientation.

Day 2 · Signature

Sugar Loaf at sunrise

Pre-dawn cable car up Sugar Loaf. Sunrise over the city before the crowds arrive. Just you, the city waking up, and the bay below.

Day 3 · Flexible Choice

Pick your pace

Go classic with Christ the Redeemer. Take a beach day at Rasta Beach by Posto 1, Ipanema at Posto 9, or Arpoador at sunset. If it is a Monday, Little Africa and Pedra do Sal are on the table. Or leave the city for a day trip: hang gliding or a quieter beach town.

Day 4 · Signature

Chef Night at home

Chef Arthur Benicio arrives at your apartment. Le Cordon Bleu trained. MasterChef Brasil alum. He brings groceries and his knives and cooks a multi-course tasting menu built for two.

SWAP: if you would rather go out, we book a chef-tasting restaurant, then Boate Save in Lapa. Open-bar floor, mixed crowd, no dress code.

Day 5 · Flexible Choice

Another open day

Mix and match from the same list: Christ the Redeemer, Rasta Beach at Posto 1, Ipanema at Posto 9, Arpoador at sunset, Little Africa and Pedra do Sal on a Monday, or a day trip for hang gliding or a beach town. This is the rhythm of a real trip, not a fixed script.

Day 6 · Beach + Optional Lookout

Slow morning, covered afternoon

Free beach morning. Sleep in, swim, do nothing. In the afternoon, add a Lookout if you want: someone trusted to watch your things while you swim. From $69.

Day 7 · Signature Closer

Vidigal sunset

Vidigal at sunset. Bar da Laje. The sun behind the mountain, the city below.

SWAP: if it is a Saturday, close with one last night out at Casa Black. Samba, pagode, funk, and afrobeats.

The 7-day route is $3,500 per couple. That works out to $1,750 per person, private, with your own local crew. Big group tours to Brazil start at $2,599 per person for a shared room.

Yes. Days 3 and 5 are flexible choice days. The Day 4 Chef Night can swap for a dressed-up night out with a chef-tasting restaurant and Boate Save in Lapa. Day 7 can swap Vidigal sunset for Casa Black on a Saturday. Every BBE trip is customized on the free planning call, so this page is a real typical shape, not a fixed script.

How does the deposit work?

The deposit is 30 percent to lock dates, which is $1,050 on the $3,500 per couple price. It is refundable for 14 days unless the trip starts within 30 days.

What is included in the $3,500 price?

The price covers the 7-day private route with your own local crew, including airport pickup at GIG, private transport, experience coordination, and the signature Chef Night. Accommodations are sourced on the planning call. Optional add-ons, like a Lookout for the afternoon from $69, are separate.
