Minimum four shifts a week, scheduled first come, first served in the app. Pick the spots you know cold. Specialty and Headliner Lookouts skip the on-call rotation, but everyone keeps some availability.

Guests book Lookouts starting at $69 a day, and 100% of every tip is yours. Your base rate is set with the manager when you join. Talent on top, surf, dance, photography, moves you up a level.

Bookings and payments happen in the app, 100% of the time. Arranging work outside the app for a cheaper price is immediate dismissal, no second chance. It protects your pay, the team, and the guest.

The job is to take people out of risky situations before they happen. We are not armed security and we do not want heroes. Calm is the qualification.

Ezequiel runs the Lookout program: hiring, standards, schedules. He is the first filter, the trainer, and the one who fights for his crew's pay. The first interviews happen with him, in person, in Rio.
