You land in Rio alone. You have one day you do not want to waste and nobody to spend it with who knows the city. Book the session, tell me what you want from the day, and I match you with a Lookout who walks it with you. It can be a beach day at Posto 9, a shopping run through the city center, or a night out with someone who reads the room. That is the whole product.
The two parts
Part one, the planning session
45 to 60 minutes by video before you fly, or in person on the morning of your day if you prefer. Your Experience Concierge asks what you want, what you do not, and builds the day: where to start, where to eat, how you get home. You leave the call with a written plan.
Part two, your day or your night
Day: up to eight hours with your Lookout. Beach, city center, the market, wherever the plan says.
Night: up to five hours, from the first bar to the ride home.
Before any night out, you and your Lookout do a short video call first. Say hi, see if you vibe, plan the night together.
The trade
Included
- The planning session and your written plan.
- One Lookout day (up to eight hours) or one Lookout night (up to five hours), English speaking.
- B.E Guardian, the safety app, for your trip dates.
Not included
- Venue entry, drinks, rides, tickets, restaurant spend, and anything you buy on the day.
- Flights and your stay. This is a day product. On a full BBE trip we book both for you.
Bringing someone? Add a plus one at checkout, $150. Same day, same Lookout, same plan.

Pay on this page and your planning session is scheduled within one business day.
Cancel free up to seven days before your day. Inside seven days it is not refundable unless we cancel or can release the date.

Is it only for solo travelers?
It is priced for one. Bringing a friend is a plus one, $150.
Can I do the beach and the shopping run both?
One day, one plan. Two days is two bookings, or ask about a full trip on the call.
What if it rains?
The plan bends. Your Experience Concierge swaps the beach for the market or a museum, and the day is still yours.
Which cities?
Rio now. Salvador and São Paulo on request.
How is this different from booking a Lookout in the app?
In the app you book a Lookout by the session and plan the day yourself. Here you get the planning session with an Experience Concierge first, and BBE arranges the Lookout day for you. Standalone Lookouts stay in the app.
