Quick answers
Do I have to pay anything to book the call?
No. The call is free. A 30% deposit to lock your dates is optional - only paid if you want to reserve them before the call happens.
Is the deposit refundable?
Fully refundable for 14 days after you pay it. After that 14-day window it's non-refundable, since we've already committed your team and any pre-purchased tickets. Postponement to a later date is always available, no questions asked.
Note: deposits paid within 30 days of your trip start date are non-refundable from the moment they're paid - there's no time to fill the spot if you cancel.
What if I'm not sure on dates yet?
Take the call anyway. We can chat ranges and lock in once you're sure. Most people book 2-6 months out.
Do you book my hotel and flights?
Not by default, but we can on request. Most travelers book their own hotel and flights direct (Booking, Airbnb, the airline). BBE focuses on experiences, transport, and guides. If you'd rather we source the hotel (vetted Copa / Ipanema / Leblon properties, or off-market rentals), tell us on the call and we'll add it as a sourcing add-on. Same for flight strategy, we'll point you at the cheaper São Paulo connection if it saves you real money.
How much is the deposit?
30% of your trip total, paid upfront to reserve your dates. Most deposits land between $150 and $750. Pick the amount nearest 30% of your trip and we settle the exact balance on your call. The remaining 70% is due 2 weeks before arrival and is refundable until that point.
Will I talk to Bryant directly?
Yes. Bryant runs every intake call personally.
What if BBE has to cancel?
Full refund, every time. Plus we work with you on rebooking dates at no penalty.
