Witnessing a
Flamengo Game

"There is nothing in the world like a Flamengo game."

The biggest fan base in Brazil. The Maracanã packed to capacity. The chants you'll feel in your chest before you ever see the field. BBE handles tickets, your authentic Flamengo jersey, and an escort to and from the stadium, so you experience it the way locals do, not the way tourists try to.

Why You Came to Rio

A Religion With a Field
Underneath It

Flamengo is the largest sports fanbase in the world , 40 million people, a third of Brazil. A home match at the Maracanã isn’t a game. It’s a cathedral of sound that starts in the parking lot and ends with the city singing on the metro at midnight.

If you want to experience Brazilian culture, this is the experience.

The Crowd

78,000 seats. 30,000 chanting in unison. The Maracanã sings before the players even take the field, and never stops. You feel the bassline through the floor.

The Stadium

The Maracanã is the most iconic stadium in football. The 1950 World Cup. Pelé's 1000th goal. Where the soul of Brazilian soccer is buried and resurrected every match day.

What BBE Handles

Everything You Don't
Want to Figure Out

Buying Flamengo tickets as a foreigner is a headache , they sell out in minutes online, the offline line is 78,000 people in Portuguese, and the cheap seats can land you in the away section. We handle all of it. You just show up.

  • Match tickets in the right section
Real seats with the home crowd, not the cheapest ones online. We know which gates fill with the right energy and which to avoid.
  • An authentic Flamengo jersey
Authentic team merchandise, not a knockoff. Yours to keep. Bring a name and number request when you book.
  • Escort to and from the stadium
Your guide picks you up, navigates the metro / drive, gets you to your seat, and stays with you through the match and exit. You are never alone in the crowd.
  • Pre-game cultural briefing
What to chant. What to wear (red, always red, never the opposing team's colors). When to stand. How to move with the crowd at exit. Brief, focused, no tourist energy.
  • PIX backup for any cash needs
Beer vendors, food, the metro, many spots are cash or PIX only. Your guide carries access to BBE's PIX wallet so card issues never become your problem.

UMA VEZ FLAMENGO
SEMPRE FLAMENGO
A Match Day With BBE

From Pickup
to the City Singing Home

No two match days are exactly alike, but here's the general flow.

Late Morning
Pickup & Jersey
Your guide arrives at your accommodation with your Flamengo jersey. You have time to put it on and get a quick walk-through of the day.
Early Afternoon
Pre-Game Briefing
A 15-minute conversation about what to expect. Chants you'll hear. Moments to stand. Why you don't wear the opponent's colors. The vibe of the section you're sitting in. No tourist lecture, you'll feel ready, not over-prepared.
2-3 Hours Before Kickoff
To the Stadium
Metro or car, depending on traffic and your location. The streets toward the Maracanã fill with red. Drum lines start outside the stadium. You hear it before you see it.
90 Minutes Before
Inside the Maracanã
Your guide gets you through the gates and to your seats. There's time for a beer, a quick bite, and to soak in the atmosphere as the stadium fills. The chants begin before the players even appear.
Match
Ninety Minutes of Religion
Stand. Sing. Be loud. If Flamengo scores you'll feel the stadium tremble. Your guide stays beside you, calling out moments worth photographing and moments to put the phone down and just be there.
Post-Match
Coordinated Exit
78,000 people leave at once. Your guide knows the right gate, the right metro car, the right time to wait it out at a bar with a caipirinha vs. push through. Either is fine. The decision is just made for you.
Late Night
The City Sings Home
If Flamengo wins, the metro is a moving choir. The streets outside your accommodation echo with chants past midnight. You'll go to sleep with the songs in your head.

Is it safe?
What should I wear?
Can I bring my phone?
What if there's no Flamengo home game during my trip?
Two backups: an away match watch party at a Carioca bar (often electric, sometimes louder than the stadium itself), or a Fluminense / Vasco / Botafogo home match for a different but equally Brazilian flavor. The Maracanã experience itself is shared across teams.
Group size?
Up to 4 standard. Larger groups (5-8): inquire on the call, we coordinate seats together with notice. Families with kids: absolutely welcome. We adjust the route and seating section.
What about Copa Libertadores or Cup matches?

See you at the Maracanã.

Tell us your Rio dates. We'll check the Flamengo schedule, confirm tickets, and lock in your jersey size. The rest of the day is handled.
