Ezequiel Pedro de Jesus Gonçalves is known across Rio, from the sand of Zona Sul to the hills above it. He leads Lookout hiring and standards for B.E Guardian, and the founder personally vets every Lookout before they ever stand near a guest. His English has gotten strong, and when he is available, guests can ask to meet him in person.
