Long night out? Push breakfast to noon. You call meal times day-of and we coordinate with Arthur. Nothing rigid.

One person owns it

Your BBE Experience Concierge runs the whole booking. Something moves Day 3, you text one number.

Built around your group

Menu tuned to your party size and how you actually want to eat. Not a pre-set vendor roster.

Sourcing & logistics

Arthur and his kitchen assistant + server arrive prepped. Transport, ingredient sourcing, hand-offs, all included.
