For context: a comparable in-room breakfast at Belmond Copacabana Palace runs ~$45/pp; à la carte private-chef services in Rio Sul start around $80/pp. Our breakfast is $30, dinner $55, and the full combo lands at $85/day, a Le Cordon Bleu chef + a five-star spread under all of it.

Menu, dietary, timing, we translate it all. You're not WhatsApp-ing the chef at 11pm, you're at a rooftop in Ipanema.

You set the clock

Long night out? Push breakfast to noon. You call meal times day-of and we coordinate with Arthur. Nothing rigid.

One person owns it

Your BBE Experience Concierge runs the whole booking. Something moves Day 3, you text one number.

Built around your group

Menu tuned to your party size and how you actually want to eat. Not a pre-set vendor roster.

Sourcing & logistics

Arthur and his kitchen assistant + server arrive prepped. Transport, ingredient sourcing, hand-offs, all included.

Dietary, allergies, kid-friendly

Vegan, gluten-free, halal, picky bachelor, all confirmed and signed off before he buys ingredients.
