★ Shopping · Rio de Janeiro

Rio shops different.

Garcia D'Ávila at 10am. Copa Palace galleries over lunch. Glória fair if it's Sunday. Two neighborhoods, a market, a street bazaar. Your concierge picks the order.

Rio's shopping is as layered as the city. Boutiques that rival anything in Europe. A Sunday market where locals buy everything they eat, wear, and hang on the wall. We build the day that hits both ends.

★ Before you spend

Start the morning right.

A neighborhood spot before the boutiques open. Rio's local cafes run at their own pace. Colorful, unhurried, nothing like a chain. Açaí, coffee, something cold. Get oriented, then go spend money.

★ Open Your Day
A proper café first.
This is how cariocas start a shopping day. A neighborhood spot a few blocks from wherever you're staying. Spritz or açaí before noon, coffee whenever. Your concierge picks the one that fits your neighborhood and pace. No tourist pricing, no lines.

★ Luxury shopping

Garcia D'Ávila to Leblon.

Ipanema's boutique mile runs one block from the beach. Leblon is quieter, more money, more local. Together they cover everything from international labels to Brazilian designers you won't find at home.

Leblon in the afternoon
Quieter than Ipanema, more local money. Diaspora-owned boutiques sit next to established Brazilian labels. The shoe stores alone are worth the neighborhood. Lunch at Zaza or Sushi Leblon before you browse.
