Three new tools are live in the web app today. They are not in App Store version 1.4 yet, so they arrive on iPhone with the next store update.
Atlanta vehicle reports
Open Atlanta and the map draws the six official Atlanta Police zones with dated vehicle-report cells on top. Tap a point, or use Find me, and it tells you what was reported nearby. It never calls a space safe or says a lot is open.
MARTA before you ride
Put in a start and a destination, or just use where you are. You get a step-by-step guide only for a trip we can actually support, and the official MARTA planner for everything else.
Rio beach walk
A guided walk along the reviewed Copacabana route. It opens with a phone-away prompt, voice and alerts are yours to switch on, and it follows the checked path instead of inventing a shortcut.
Guardian works best with the app open, and works alongside local emergency services, not in place of them. In a life-threatening emergency, always call 190 (police) or 192 (ambulance) first.

Use the maps, warnings, plans, emergency contacts, and group tools without paying. Guardian Support adds a real BBE response team to one registered trip. Lookout service is available only after Support is active and is always priced separately.

The clocks start after confirmed receipt. They measure response, not physical arrival. Guardian Support does not promise police or medical response, property recovery, transportation, replacement items, cash advances, Lookout hours, or any particular outcome. If BBE misses the response standard, Trip Support is refunded. Guardian Annual members receive an equivalent Trip Support credit.
Temporary Phone Package, from $100
This is a rental, not a sale. A representative confirms device, data, availability, final price, return deadline, and a refundable card authorization based on actual replacement cost. Return by tracked mail to the U.S. address provided at handoff, or arrange a return on your departure route to the airport.
Support refunds
Full refund within seven days of purchase if coverage has not started and no assistance was used, without limiting applicable legal rights.
Lookout cancellation
Full refund when canceled at least seven days before the scheduled service. Inside seven days it is nonrefundable unless BBE cancels or can release the scheduled time without cost.
B.E Guardian is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, call local emergency services first. In Brazil: police 190, ambulance 192, fire 193. Do not chase a thief or a moving location dot. Move to a nearby staffed, well-lit place and tell BBE where you are waiting.

Support discounts never reduce Lookout pay.
Approved codes can reduce Trip Support or the first Guardian Annual year by 50%. Guardian Annual renews at $100 per year. The $15 Trip Extension stays fixed. Human Lookout hours are always priced and paid separately.
