Jonas was born in Rio and never left. He's got a degree in AdministraçãoBusiness Administration, but his real classroom was the city itself, and the sports world. He played both football and volleyball at a professional level. The sports taught him three things he carries every day: discipline, how to work with a team, and how to read a room full of people.
After the playing career, Jonas moved into the side of the city most tourists never get to see, the inside. He drives his own legal taxi, knows which neighborhoods move when, and is the one BBE sends when a client needs someone greeted by name at the door.
Jonas met Bryant through Yuri, one of Jonas's best friends, back when Bryant first moved to Brazil and stayed for about three years. The friendship was real before there was any business in it. You can't fake the trust that comes from years of running through Rio together.
Off the clock: a seven-year-old son who is the most important part of his life. Sports, music, the beach, the energy of Rio. "The simple moments that make the day different," as he puts it.

"Hi, I'm Jonas, born and raised in Rio. I studied Administration, but today my path is more about connections, experiences, and supporting people inside the city.
I had a real run in sports, football and volleyball, both at a professional level, which taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and how to deal with people. I'm also a father, my son is seven years old and the most important part of my life.
I met Bryant through one of my best friends, back when he came to live in Brazil. He was here about three years, and through that friendship we built something real. We've been working together on different projects in Rio ever since.
With BBE, my main role is transport, on-the-ground support, and the connections inside the city. Because I know Rio well and I'm easy with people, I help the experiences feel calm and well-built for our clients and partners.
Outside the work, sports, music, the beach, the energy of Rio. I'm someone connected to this city, to the people, and to the simple moments that make a day different."
