Land in Rio. Walk Copacabana.
Your Concierge meets you at GIG. Drop bags. Change. Head to Copacabana beach and walk it from end to end.
Ocean on one side, the city on the other, mountains behind you. It's one of those first 30 minutes that tells you immediately you made the right call. Dinner at Pedra do Leme, the far end where the beach hits the rock and the crowd thins out. Early night. Day 2 starts early.
Pedra Bonita. Hang gliding off the mountain.
Private transport to Pedra Bonita in the Tijuca Rainforest, the hang gliding launch ramp. The drop is roughly 1,700 feet over São Conrado into the Atlantic. Two minutes of absolute silence over the city before landing on Pepino Beach. Most people say it's the best thing they did in Rio.
Tandem flight with a certified pilot. All group members go in sequence. Afternoon at the beach after, lunch at one of the Barra seafood spots on the way back.
Flamengo with the home crowd. Authentic jersey included.
We coordinate tickets and one authentic Flamengo jersey per person. Your Concierge escorts the group to the stadium, explains the rituals, sits you in the section where the real crowd is (not the tourist section). The Flamengo fanbase is one of the loudest in world football. A derby match is another level.
Churrascaria Palace in Copacabana after the game. The traditional all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse. The group is usually loud and happy by dessert.
Casa Black Saturday. Or Boate Save if you want it louder.
Casa Black in Madureira is the move for this group. Afro-Brazilian party in the North Zone, pagode and Black music, a room that plays differently than anything in Zona Sul. The kind of night that makes the boat trip the next day mean more because of what happened the night before.
If the group wants something wilder and more chaotic: Boate Save in Lapa. Open bar, R$80 cover, free entry coordinated 24 hours ahead. Five rooms running like separate clubs on Saturday, pagode to electronic, open until 6-7am. Your Concierge gives you the read on which one matches the group's energy for this specific Saturday before you go.
Transport to the door and safe ride home handled for either option. Start time around midnight, floor peaks around 2am.
Private boat. Brazilian churrasco on Guanabara Bay.
The closer of the trip. Private boat on Guanabara Bay with a full Brazilian churrasco on deck: grilled meats, farofa, sides, cold beers, the whole thing. Christ on one side, Niteroi on the other, Sugar Loaf in front of you, the city behind you.
Half-day charter (5-6 hours). Boat size scales to group size ($400 for a small craft, up to $2,500 for a full captain-and-crew setup). We'll quote the right configuration on the planning call. This is the photo the group sends home.

The Por Dentro tier. Group of 4 minimum. Bigger groups bring the per-person cost down. Boat is quoted separately.
30% deposit locks your dates and your guides. Balance due 2 weeks before arrival. Group scales down per person: ~$1,400/pp at 6, $1,250/pp at 8. The boat configuration is confirmed on the planning call and quoted at the time. Adult transport (on demand after midnight) is arranged separately through your guide at cost.
VIP table service. Popping bottles.
If the group wants a real big night, we can coordinate a reserved VIP table with bottle service at Lalu or All In. This is separate from the standard Casa Black night and built for groups that want to do it right.

A reserved VIP table at one of Rio's premium nightlife venues. Your group walks in, the table is set, the first bottle is already on ice. Staff handles you all night. This is not the standard door entry experience. This is the group that planned ahead.
Lalu runs upscale Afro-Brazilian music and a serious production. All In is the high-energy trap and hip-hop room. Both coordinated through our network. We confirm availability, handle the reservation, and arrange transport. You handle the tab.
Pricing: $150+/pp depending on table size and how many bottles the group wants. Quoted on the planning call. Works best on Day 3 or Day 5 when there's no early morning the next day.
